The cabinets are older but are in good shape and are a nice wood color, they were high end cabinets made with dove tail joints made with heavy solid wood. With a pull out cutting board they even have a silverware draw with the cut outs. The kitchen has lots of cabinet storage space. Solid wood bedroom doors. not some cheap hollow doors. The upstairs carpet is in fairly good shape and they have all been professionally steam cleaned. has a washer and dryer in back storage room House can be ether 3 or 4 bedrooms depending on how you set it up. security deposit is $950, and pet non refundable security deposit is $250 per pet. Pet rent is an extra 50 a month for small to a medium size pet weight up to 22 lbs. and 75 a month for a large size pet over 22 pounds. Pet rent is per pet on top of monthly rent. No more then 2 pets please.
