Clean linens and towels are provided for all guests. A starter supply of essentials, including shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, sugar, and creamer, is provided to help you settle in. Two off-street parking spots are available. Located across the street from the ocean and a short walk to Wallis Sands Beach, this apartment is a 15-minute drive to downtown Portsmouth. Rye is known for its beautiful beaches, tasty seafood, and coastal fun, ideally located between Hampton and Portsmouth. The property is within walking distance to the beach, but a car is needed to get to the property. Internet in this area can be unstable and drops frequently. There might be some road or building construction near the listing, as well as loud noises from the outside, which are outside of our control. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
