Rye is known for its beautiful beaches, delicious seafood, and coastal fun and is conveniently located between Hampton to the south and Portsmouth to the north. The internet in this area can be unstable and drops frequently. There might be some road and/or building construction near the listing that are not communicated prior, as well as loud noises from the outside, which we don't have any control over. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. A Ring Doorbell Camera is on the exterior of the property facing the outside of the entrance, which is not monitored but does record. A Minut noise monitor system is located inside the property in the kitchen/living room, which measures volume levels throughout the property but does not record sound.
