This is a detached ADU studio apartment over the garage 50+ feet away from the main house, accessible via exterior stairs. Entry hall to unit is shared with owner's adjacent home office/exercise room (sometimes soap studio), separated by individual digitally locked doors. Looking for a quiet tenant who respects this wonderful space. Includes two designated parking spaces. No pets allowed. Two large dogs on site.
