The original wood floors, combined with the newly decorated and freshly painted interior, will make you feel right at home! You are located near lots of favorite Foodie spots, like award winning Nineteen61, and and just a few miles from downtown and Dixieland. Enjoy a tour of the Frank Lloyd Wright architecture, or a visit to the Farmers Market on Saturday or check out First Fridays downtown! Guest access You will have full access to the house, and the backyard, including the back deck, which has comfortable furniture to enjoy the warm Florida sunshine! Other things to note Plan on bringing groceries, condiments, and other necessities during your stay. The refrigerator will be completely empty, and freshly cleaned. There may be some coffee, popcorn or other snacks available, but for the most part, you'll want to plan your stay as if you were visiting a hotel. You will be fully responsible for any damages cause you or your party during your stay on the property.
