Please Note: This is a third-floor condo with stair access only; there is no elevator in the building. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 p.m., and parties are not permitted. Some street noise may be heard because the building is located along a main road. BEDROOMS The primary bedroom includes a king bed, two spacious closets, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, Smart TV, and comfortable furnishings. A full-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides flexible additional sleeping space when needed. One dog with a maximum weight of 40 lbs. is permitted with the applicable pet fee and approval. Residents are responsible for any damage caused by their pets and must follow all property and community pet rules throughout the lease term. PARKING & TRANSPORTATION One designated parking space labeled "16" is included in the private lot. Please park only in this assigned space to avoid the risk of towing. Additional street parking may be available on State Street, subject to posted restrictions. Please note that overnight street parking is restricted by Traverse City ordinance during certain winter months. Additional paid parking may be available at Hardy Parking Structure, located at 303 E State Street, less than one mile from the condo. The free Traverse City BATA bus serving downtown, West Bay, and East Bay stops directly across the street. Lease includes all utilities and wifi. Lease term is October to May.
