We are all in our late 20's and looking for someone of a similar age, stage in life. Laid back, easy going, flexible person would work best with current roommates. We do our utmost to keep a clean house with everyone expected to contribute to household duties, cleaning and yard-work specifically. Seeking a responsible individual to rent the Master Bedroom for $700 per month which includes a private fully remodeled bathroom. Home is in Arvada off of Wadsworth and close to Old Town, many parks and walking trails nearby, 5 min away from Standley Lake. Home is fully furnished EXCEPT for any bedroom furniture you would have in your room. Washer & Dryer included and all appliances. All utilities to be shared and paid for by all existing tenants.
