We just had a new fridge installed in Jan 2026 (some of our kitchen photos still show the old white fridge - photos being updated this weekend!) We may also be able to provide you with some additional storage space if you need. Rent does not include utilities (gas, electricity, water, internet) which runs roughly $300 month. We would rather you pay the utilities directly, though we can be flexible with that arrangement. A fun bit of house trivia: this is a historically important home, built in 1937 by MSU President Shaw, as a wedding present for his daughter, Sarah Shaw and her husband, John Hannah, who also went on to become MSU President. Shaw Park, Hannah Park and the Hannah Center (among other locations) are named for them. The home stands out for the incredibly high quality design, materials and workmanship.
