Super cute pier and beam built in 1949. Has some original features- kitchen wall and counter tile, bathroom wall tile, light in hall, telephone stand, wood floor, and some baseboards. We've moved and replaced the back door and painted most of the rooms. We've replaced the stove and added a second pantry in the kitchen. French doors have been added between the dining room and the addition. There's a laundry room not pictured that's large enough for washer/dryer and a lot of storage. We've blown insulation into the walls and attic and the shingles were replaced in 2014. The backyard has a large shed/workshop and a recently added deck. In 2010 we tore off the aluminum siding and the original wood has been repainted.
