Upon vacating the Property at the expiration or termination of the Lease Term, Tenant shall return all keys provided by Landlord. If Tenant fails to return all keys, Landlord may re-key any applicable locks. The cost of re-keying shall be paid by Tenant upon demand, or Landlord may deduct such cost from the Security Deposit, if any. 3.
