    One of the nicest 2 bed/2 bath in Capitol Hill. This is one side of a duplex built in the original carriage house for the next door mansion. Hickory hardwood floors. large, open living/kitchen area with lots of windows and natural light. There is a small, private front yard area to enjoy the Colorado sun. Kitchen features stainless appliances, quartz counters, soft close cabinets, large refrigerator and a dishwasher. Bathrooms have marble tile and the master bath has a soaking tub. Beautiful glass shower in guest bath. There is a full size washer/dryer in unit. The master bedroom is huge, with large west facing windows that face a courtyard and let in great light. The second bedroom is smaller, with good closet space, and makes a great office. Double brick walls cancel out noise to create a serene living experience. There is no one above or below you to cause noise! Walk score of 94. Two blocks from Trader Joes, walkable/bikeable to downtown. Many restaurants and coffee shops close by. The unit is privately owned and managed by the owners. We work hard to make sure that our tenants are happy. Off street parking available for additional charge. There are no application fees, and security deposits are fully refundable if no damage to unit. We charge $200/month for electric, gas, water, sewer and trash. This represents about 90% of the actual utility bill for the property based on the relative square footage of the apartment (we do not make money on these charges). General We only consider applications after at least one applicant has seen the apartment, preferably in person. Virtual tours are available for special circumstances. All adults who will live in the apartment must sign the lease, and satisfy eligibility requirements. Credit requirements All adults must have a minimum credit score of 650 and no collections, legal actions or account defaults in the last 3 years. Security Deposit: A credit score for any renter less than 675 requires 1 month's rent. Credit score for all renters above 675 requires 1/2 month's rent. Security deposits are fully refundable at move out if the apartment is left fully cleaned and in good condition. Background check: We run background checks on all applicants who satisfy all other eligibility requirements, and consider the results in our decision process. We consider applications as we receive them (assuming at least one applicant has viewed the property), however we may consider factors like credit, desired move in date or other application information for applications received in close proximity.
