    Be the first to live in this brand new apartment! This is a beautifully remodeled 1 bath, 1 bed (plus an office!) in an historic Mansion in the heart of Capitol Hill, with modern conveniences like in-unit laundry and central air conditioning (AC). The main door enters onto an open concept kitchen and living area with hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, new lighting and a ceiling fan. The entire area is sunlit by a large, south facing window. The new kitchen includes soft close cabinets with glass doors, quartz countertops a large stainless sink with a disposal, and a dishwasher (The washing machine/dryer, stove and refrigerator with ice maker are not shown in the pictures because they are arriving mid next week). Off of the living area is a large bedroom, also with hardwood floors and a large south facing window. The bedroom has a large closet (yes, a large closet in Capitol Hill!) and a ceiling fan. On the other side of the living area is a well lit office room surrounded by windows. There is no better location in Capitol Hill. You are 2 blocks from Trader Joes, and can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and parks (Cheesman Park, Governors Park, and the Cherry Creek bike path). Downtown Denver is a short bike ride. Off street parking in the attached lot is available for $100/month. We charge a flat monthly fee of $170 for all utilities, including electricity, gas, water sewer and trash. House internet is also available free of charge. NOTE: We are putting the final touched on the remodel, and the pictures show some of the final trim work that we are in the process of completing (e.g. bath trim and electrical trim). We have a professional cleaning company complete a final deep clean after all work is complete. We are a small, family company that owns our own buildings, and we do all of our own leasing and maintenance. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our residents by being courteous, and responding immediately to resident requests. Utilities We charge $170/month for electricity, gas, water, sewer and trash. We have house internet that the tenant can use as well for no additional charge. General We only consider applications after at least one applicant has seen the apartment, preferably in person. Virtual tours are available for special circumstances. All adults who will live in the apartment must sign the lease, and satisfy eligibility requirements. Credit requirements All adults must have a minimum credit score of 650 and no collections or account defaults in the last 3 years. Security Deposit: A credit score for any renter less than 675 requires 1 month's rent. Credit score for all renters above 675 requires 1/2 month's rent. Security deposits are fully refundable at move out if the apartment is left fully cleaned and in good condition. Background check: We run background checks on all applicants who satisfy all other eligibility requirements, and consider the results in our decision process. We consider applications as we receive them (assuming at least one applicant has viewed the property), however we may consider factors like credit, desired move in date or other application information for applications received in close proximity.
