This is a 3bd/2bath house. It has a one car garage with the driveway that is able to fit up to 2 cars and you can park on the street. The Living Room and Master Bdrm has decent carpets but are worn a little. The front and back yard is good size. I have replaced the front and back door to the house, replace the roof shingles, fixed the sheetrock in the garage, minor upgrade to the kitchen and bedroom cabinets.
