This is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath house in the Lake Rim Estates. Within walking distance of Lake Rim and Lake Rim Recreation park just off from old Raeford Road. Raeford RD Walmart and shopping centers is about a mile from the house. Pets are welcome, pet fee is $500.00 flat rate (non-refundable) but no more than 2 pets in the house. The Security deposit and first month rent is due at signing of the rent agreement plus pet deposit if applicable. All credit and background check is powered through Transunion Smartmove and I usually follow their advice on renting the property. Late July and early August of 2017, the following items were remodeled: 1. Fresh coat of paint throughout the house, all walls and ceilings 2. New Carpets in Master Bedroom and 2 Spare Bedroom. 3. New linoleum in the kitchen and both bathrooms. 4. Updated both Bathroom Vanity and Medicine Cabinets. 5. We removed the carpet from the breezeway and living room and put in Vinyl flooring which should eliminate the high traffic stain areas. 6. Replaced all outside lights with better lighting system 7. Tore down the back deck and replaced it with length of the house deck with a step down deck **FIREPLACE** The tenant will have to contract the use of Propane tank and have them run a new line and use of new fireplace mechanism. **ELECTRIC** Lumbee River Electric will most likely require a deposit and they base the security deposit of your credit score. The electric is currently in my name and once the contract is signed, the new tenant will have 7 days to change it over to their name or IT WILL BE DISCONNECTED.
