(We have properties where we can accept first-time renters and applicants who do not have recent rental/mortgage receipts, but we also have properties where it is required to provide them to get approved. If you don't have recent rental/mortgage receipts, please request a list of the properties you can apply for) 8. We are requiring 3 pay stubs from your current job. 9. Tenants must show proof that utilities have been transferred into their name prior to receiving keys to the property.
