If you do have any pets, the pet deposit prices are subject to the pet screening, added to the rent, and limited to two animals. We reserve the right to adjust this list based on owners' insurance requirements. 7. We will need to see receipts of your last 3 rental payments & that they were paid in full & on time. (We have properties where we can accept first-time renters and applicants who do not have recent rental/mortgage receipts, but we also have properties where it is required to provide them to get approved. If you don't have recent rental/mortgage receipts, please request a list of the properties you can apply for) 8. We are requiring 3 pay stubs from your current job. 9. Tenants must show proof that utilities have been transferred into their name prior to receiving keys to the property.
