great location, very safe neigborhood, everyone is wellcoming and friendly, landscaping is cheap. also theres no work needed on the house. the house was updated before it was sold to us and my mom keeps the house as clean as its been when it was sold. Neighborhood Description neigborhood is located between hillside ave and jamaica ave. there is a big park near the house, perfect for young kids and teens. very friendly neigborhood, everyone is easy to talk to.
