A tenant is responsible for propane (heat source), electricity, and snow removal of their stairs (the owner will take care of all other utilities and snow removal of the driveway and parking areas). No pets and no smoking/vaping of any kind on the property - no exceptions. Tenant pays for propane (heat source) and electricity, as well as snow removal of their stairs.
