I am currently looking to sublet my apartment off of Monument and Hamilton in Kent Road Apartments. The rent in 675 a month then utilities which run about 100-110 a month. The lease is up at the end of March. If you want a pet it is an extra 10 dollars a month and there is no weight restriction. This is a townhouse that was built a little over a year ago so it is new construction. There is hardwood downstairs and Berber carpet upstairs. There are 2 bedrooms and a half bath. The laundry is upstairs on the same floor as the bedrooms. I have very big furniture and my room fits it all very nicely. You also have a walk-in closet and your own on suite bathroom with a tub and shower. If you need extra storage there is attic space to store things. The kitchen is new with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. When I leave I will be taking all of the living room and dinning room furniture so feel free to decorate as you please. I am moving because I got a dog and I feel that a backyard and a little less downtown living would be better for him and me. You would have to fill out an application and sign all the appropriate paperwork through the rental office but I am looking to move by mid august to beginning of September. The house is very close to Carytown and convenient to VCU by bike if a student is interested. My roommate who will be staying is a young professional woman who is looking for a chill/relaxed person to move in.
