Rent will be reduced for 12 month leases (not month-to-month). We prefer (3+month stays), open to some negotiation on the rent for longer stays of 4+ months. If you rent less than one year - the months of December, April, June, July, and August the rent increases to $6500/30 days, this can be negotiated on longer leases* Application required for all intended occupants age 18+.
