Leaving the house furnished is also an option and will be reflected in the rent if the renter would like to execute that option. We will perform background check, credit check, income and employment history, and verify income documents using a third party service. We accept certain breeds of dogs but will require pet deposits. All utilities will be the responsibility of the renter. Weekly yard maintenance can be absorbed by the owner for an adjusted rent.
