The bathroom is off the kitchen it has a shower, a built in linen closet, and a built in vanity. In addition to sharing the front porch the apartment shares, a patio on the side of the house, a high efficiency furnace, and 2 hot water heaters. This apartment is one of 5 apartments in the house. Up to 2 spayed/neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit. Dogs over 40lb must be approved by property owner with the submission of a picture to verify height and weight and no large breeds are allowed.
