This Large 1 bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor. You enter the main door and then walk up one flight to the 2nd floor where you enter the apartment s private staircase. (There is a tight turn between the first and second floor, so a full size box springs will fit, but a queen size won t. Full size couches won t fit, but some love seats and futon couches will.) The entire apartment has wood floors except the stair case, the kitchen and the bathroom. At the top of the stairs is the kitchen, it has light oak cabinets, a stove, refrigerator, a built in dishwasher, and a movable bar counter, that can be used anywhere in the apartment. To the left and to the right of the stairs are large rooms and are mirror images of each other. Each has a large double closet with sliding mirror doors, a ceiling fan, and a window air conditioner. Either one can be used as a living room, a 2nd bedroom, or an office. If you make a U turn at the top of the stairs you come to a smaller room which has a long walk in closet and is sometimes used as a bedroom, living room, dining room or office. The bathroom is off of the kitchen and has a stall shower and a built in vanity with a lighted mirror. Spayed/Neutered cats welcome with pet deposit and pet rent.
