The shared spaces include a recently renovated kitchen boasting brand-new appliances, sleek marble countertops, and a designated area for your kitchen items, with the option to borrow from existing essentials. The open dining and living areas are generously sized, filled with natural light, and carpeted for a cozy feel. Gather around the charming gas fireplace, create your own TV nook, and bring your personal furnishings to make the space truly yours. Primary roommate is fluent in Spanish and French if that's your main language or what to practice! Room rental should be a minimum of 1 month, and if so, the deposit would then just be half month's rent ($475 USD) that you'll get back at the end of your stay if everything is in order. Beyond that, lease could be month-to-month if desired, and other half of deposit ($475 USD) would be due on that second month. Also know that I am in the military and so I could deploy, go on extended travel, or change duty station. I am currently not in the zone for any of that but just to set expectations.
