We also require a pet deposit of $200 that will be returned if no damages. We ask for pet rent of $50 a month per pet. The hot tub is huge and high-end. We use a contract service to maintain it. If you don't want to use it, we will drain it. If you do want to use it, we ask that you split the monthly maintenance cost. It is $50 a month but you don't have to do anything other than use it. No maintenance. Lastly, we expect the tenant to help maintain the property and yard. We can contract with service providers but will need the tenant to help coordinate access.
