The Space This two bedroom is efficiently designed to accommodate all your needs. One of 6 apartments is a multi-family house on a quiet residential street. Location Our house is perfectly situated in a great neighborhood where folks stop to talk on the street and walking/biking is the norm. The apartment is located one block from Preston Avenue, a 15-20 minute walk to the Downtown Mall, and a 10-15 minute walk to UVA. Within a block there is coffee, shopping, restaurants and a bakeries. Marie Bette (French bakery), Integral Yoga (organic food store), Shenandoah Joe's coffee, Cou cou rachou bakery within a 5-7 minute walk. It is also two houses down from Washington Park which has field space, a pool and other amenities. Pets We love animals and understand that you want to bring yours with you, but are also aware of the impact that animals have on a house. This is a small efficiency which probably doesn't work well for pets. In the event that we do allow a small dog/cat, the pet fee will be $35 per month per animal. Owner pays gas and sewer, lawn care and internet. Tenant pays electric, trash, cable if desired.
