Credit, criminal and eviction background checks will be done; $45/adult application fee. Tenant will be required to obtain renters insurance covering their contents and general liability. Please drive by this house so you know the neighborhood before calling to view. One year lease. $80 for water, sewer and trash. $100 for propane budget. Extra charge is more than $1,200 used in one year. No animals.
