The "Beach House" is one block from the beach, which is private (residents only). It's 'old school', with lockers on the beach for chairs and umbrellas. The beach is always immaculate and the town has come back very nicely since Hurricane Sandy. Many great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The house is complete with everything needed including surf and boogie boards and beach bikes. It's a popular surfing destination lately. The Long Island Railroad is 2 miles down the road and it's a 40 minute commute to Penn Station. The house has 4 bedrooms (2 queen/2 full), 3 baths, full kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, family room with fireplace and office area. Also, upper and lower decks with gas grills and large fully fenced in yard. Washer/dryer and cable included Imagine taking daily walks along the beach and dining in one of the many restaurants close by. You deserve a break after all you've been through!
