The "Beach House" is one block from the bay and 2 blocks from the ocean, and nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. The private beach is always immaculate. There are abundant bars, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The house has 4 bedrooms (1 queen/3 full), 3 baths, full kitchen, dining room, living room with wood fireplace, family room with 2nd (gas) fireplace and office area. Also, upper and lower decks with gas grills and large fully fenced in yard. Tenant responsible for electric. Recently installed solar panels result in lower electric charges. Availability on a monthly basis only starting on May 23 - Jun 23, and again on Sept 5 - Oct 5. July and August are unavailable. This home is perfect for graduation season, as it can accommodate out of town family for an extended stay. Locals appreciate the beach in September, as the weather is still good and the summer crowds are gone.
