    Welcome to one of the largest units in Longbranch Point, located in the very back of the Melrose subdivision. A great location, just past the exit/entrance to Highway 526 off of Savannah Highway. The unit backs up to the woods/marsh area with a beautiful walking trail but not located in a flood zone! The living room has cathedral ceilings and a gas fireplace. All three bedrooms are large, with walk in closets. There is a master bedroom on the first and second floor, and the third bedroom has cathedral ceilings also. The downstairs had new LVP floors put in in 2020, as well as interior paint throughout. There was even an electrical outlet ran in the garage for an extra drink/storage refrigerator. The roof and water heater were replaced in 2022. Other small updates include all new interior door handles downstairs and a new patio door.
