The house can come furnished if needed with two bedroom sets and two sleeper sofas. Also a dining room table and chairs and additional couches can remain that are tastefully decorated. It can also come turnkey if needed with the usual living items. There is an amazing huge dock on lake walk in water complete with fish and swing bed. The home has a beautiful brand new kitchen with granite countertops. There are two mango trees, an avocado tree and two fig trees along with abundant citrus trees on the property.
