I prefer a text as point of contact/ I am not always near a computer. Tenant responsible for electric, cable/satellite, gas / and maintenance of fireplace logs, yard (very small) mostly natural surroundings . Maximum occupancy 2 people ( no exceptions) non smoking home . Pets are negotiable depending on type and size. washer and dryer hook ups in the cabin, WASHER AND DRYER ARE NOT PROVIDED.
