Very Peaceful quite communtiy on Lake with awesome views. Large Lot, Low property taxes, no state taxes. A nice place to retire and get away from the rat race. Neighborhood Description The neighbors are friendly, and it's a safe quiet, clean, and peaceful community. My parents retired here in 1992 and had a wonderful life. The house was built in 1981. They enjoyed boating and lots of great fishing. They really enjoyed the lake, and the breath taking scenery. So, bring your Jet Ski, canoe, speed, regular, or pontoon boat and have a great time on the Lake. The season is almost here! Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are a hop, skip and a jump away.
