Due to owner allergies and asthma, animals, on-site smoking, burning incense, or the use of any strong-smelling substances is strictly prohibited. Lease terms are month-to-month, but we also welcome renters who wish to stay for an extended period. Rents are generally reviewed annually and typically adjusted for the amount of inflation.
