Fresh paint, new flooring & new stainless steel appliances, lots of room; larger kitchen. I need to know important information about you before I can establish a showing. No smoking in the house; if u are a smoker; all smoking must be accomplished far outside away from the house where the smoke will not blow in the house; and put out where a fire won't be started. No tape on walls or doors. Need to keep doors & cupboards clean and neat. Dirt free. Please wipe down cupboards from time to time. Absolutely, no parking on the grass in front or on the side of the yard. The yard needs someone to give it TLC We have a water pump. If u use the water pump; it's cheep to water; we want a tenant that loves yard work. The grass has just been fed with weed n feed, but the grass is going to take someone to maintain it by mowing, mulching, weed n feed etc, and the bushes all need to be trimmed. Please keep the front porch with a moderate amount of furniture and looking neat and clean on the cement porch, along with keeping it and yard debre free. The back yard had been seeded and we are putting down straw for it to grown in. The burn pit will stay in the back yard. That is a great place to gather around to relax near the fire.
