No tape, nails, or anything put into the walls that will cause damage to the walls, wood on doorways or trim, or doors. Need to keep doors & cupboards clean and neat. Dirt free. No staples to put up drapes on French doors or anywhere. Please wipe down cupboards from time to time. Please keep the house clean and neat. Absolutely, no parking on the grass in front or on the side of the yard. Only under the street side under the trees by the fence is okay to park vehicles. The yard needs someone to give it TLC We have a water pump to water the yard. it's cheep to water; we want a tenant that loves yard work & wants to take care of the place. The grass has just been fed with weed n feed, but the grass is going to take someone to maintain it by mowing, mulching, weed n feed etc, and the bushes all need to be trimmed. The yard has to be watered and then of course mowed. Please keep the front porch with a moderate amount of furniture and looking neat and clean on the cement porch, along with keeping it and yard debre free. The back yard had been seeded and is growing back in. The burn pit will stay in the back yard. That is a great place to gather around to relax near the fire.
