    If you would like to have a wonderful, one owner below market value priced home, in one of the most desirable neighborhoods on the eastern shore, Chamberlain Trace, this may be the home for you. The home has three bedrooms downstairs and two baths. The master is on one side of the house and the other two with bath on the other. Over the garage is either a large fourth bedroom and bath or a place to get the kids away from the parents. There is a dining area and a breakfast area off of the kitchen. The oversized garage features extra room on both sides and a storage closet. Along the back of the house is a very large screen porch overlooking the back yard. The landscaping features a concrete border around the entire front and back yard flower beds and they are all filled with rubber mulch to prevent weeds and prevent having to put pine straw on twice a year. There is a security system and a lawn sprinkler system. The only item that needs upgrading is the flooring. I was going to go ahead and install new flooring before putting the house on the market but was advised that maybe the new owners might prefer picking out their own instead of what I might buy. For that reason, I am going to either provide the new owner with funds to purchase their own choice of flooring or simply reduce the price, whichever they prefer. I am able to offer the house below market and also provide an amount to help the new owner pick their own flooring because I am selling the house myself.
