Lease length starts at 2 months up to 6 months with extensions available depending on current availability and at least 30 days notice. (2 references and a credit report are required with application. ) The cleaning fee is dependent on the condition the home is left in at move-out. The up-front cleaning fee charge will be $500 assuming it will require a deep clean service, however, if left fully clean, $400 will be refunded after move-out, leaving $100 for a sanitization service.
