This would mean that up to 5 people can live in the home. Renters are responsible for electricity and water/sewer; garbage, recycling, and compost is included in the rent. Basic yard maintenance is the renter's responsibility, including periodic lawn mowing, pruning, and weeding. There is a chicken coop and run for your use; chickens do not incur a "pet rent" fee; the City of Portland requires that all chickens are female and that you keep 3 or fewer chickens in city limits.
