I'm a 26 year old male, easy going, fairly clean, like to have fun, but this is not a party house. The folks that own the place are friends of mine and good people. The first floor we will rent consists of: A large open kitchen with newer appliances - dish washer. Monstrous mudroom/entryway so we don't track up the house. Big dining room. Beautiful bathroom. 2 average bedrooms. Washer and Dryer Hook Ups Upstairs or 2nd floor we rent: Is a huge loft with a walk in closet storage area. We also will have: Two large porches. Space for two cars to park plus street parking. A small yard to share with the folks downstairs. Downstairs Tenants are Quiet Respectful Young Couple. Owner Pays: Water, Sewer, Heat, Trash
