Lease Extension & Early Termination To extend your stay past the original lease term, a minimum of 20 days' notice is required. Early termination is handled on a case-by-case basis; if communicated at least 15 days in advance, a prorated refund will be issued. Maintenance HVAC, water, and appliance failures receive immediate attention. All other maintenance requests are handled during regular business hours (8 AM 5 PM)
