Lease description

• 1. **Lease Term The lease shall be for a fixed term of twelve (12) months beginning on the agreed-upon move-in date and ending twelve (12) months thereafter. 2. **Notice of Termination Tenant must provide written notice of intent to vacate at least sixty (60) days prior to the lease expiration date.
