Moody Maison is well suited for an individual or couple relocating, completing a temporary work assignment, working remotely, or spending the winter in Northern Michigan. Please Note: This is a ground-floor studio in a multi-unit building, with residences located above and beside it. Some neighboring noise may occasionally be heard. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 p.m., and parties are not permitted. SLEEPING & LIVING AREA The open studio layout includes a queen bed with linens, a leather sofa, warm ambient lighting, and comfortable living space. A Smart TV with streaming apps is provided. Residents may sign in using their own accounts. A Pack 'n Play and high chair are also available. BATHROOM & LAUNDRY The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, spacious vanity, towels, and essential toiletries. An in-unit washer/dryer combination is provided, along with basic laundry supplies for your convenience throughout the rental period. KITCHENETTE The equipped kitchenette includes a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, dishes, utensils, and dedicated coffee station. Walnut cabinetry, butcher-block countertops, and modern appliances create a practical and stylish space for preparing everyday meals and snacks. PET-FRIENDLY Dogs are welcome at Moody Maison! One dog with a maximum weight of 40 lbs. is permitted with the applicable pet fee and approval. Residents are responsible for any damage caused by their pets and must follow all property and community pet rules throughout the lease term. PARKING Garage: Best for medium-size vehicles or smaller. If you're bringing a large vehicle, we recommend using one of the following nearby parking options below! Street parking may be available on Walnut St. be sure to follow all posted signage and avoid areas marked with "No Parking." Please note that overnight street parking is restricted by city ordinance during certain months. You may also consider using the Hardy Parking Structure Garage (303 E State St, Traverse City) or Old Town Parking Structure (125 E Eighth St, Traverse City) Lease includes all utilities and wifi.
