Since then, they added backyard natural gas fire place, paved portion of the backyard, and the road from backyard to the front. upgraded the A/C system to make the three levels each level has its own tempreture control system. and remote controled blinds (bedrooms' blinds have cover on the sides, which makes it really dark for sleeping). This house was a new construction back in 2020. When the family moved out last year in Aug, a family who relocated back to Portlabd moved in. This family bought their own house now and we are looking for another family to enjoy this house. The house is available now. but considering that it takes time for you tour and sign lease and we will get a thorough cleaning before you move in, so the earliest realistic move in date I put as June 27. If you want it a bit later, it is ok. If you really need it a bit sooner, I will try to make it happen. The previous family paid $6210 in total each month. which incldes the rent of $5910, $200 landscaping fee and $100 internet fee.
