This little guy is a small, cozy bedroom that comes furnished with a - small dresser - nightstand - queen bed - bed sheets - mini refrigerator - custom built-in desk and shelves - desk chair - chair mat so the floor doesn't get scratched up - and your own private entrance The apartment and roommates: The property and apartment are beautiful and close to downtown (.5 miles), kitchen and bathroom were updated over the past few years, laundry room in the basement, the apartment is professional cleaned twice a month, BBQ, yard, gazebo, and all utilities are included. This is a quiet street and building with long-standing tenants and residents on the street and a safe area. You will be sharing this apartment with two professionals who are quiet and clean, and a cuties pie dog who supervisors us and enjoys belly rubs here and there. Street parking, but there's plenty of street parking available. Rent is $1,100/month, with a security deposit of $1,100 both due at lease signing. The lease is month to month with a three month minimum.
