Being a new apartment, it also features a new kitchen with granite and stainless steel. One bedroom features a king size bed and one bedroom features a double bed. The carriage house is also set-up to help ensure your comfort: heat + AC (very rare in Capitol Hill!), as well as fans, extra comforters, and space heaters. The carriage house is a detached, private residence behind our main home, so we are looking for a great tenant or tenants who are quiet, respectful and looking for temporary housing of a more flexible duration (for a few weeks or months) while you search for your perfect long-term home or if you are only in town for a shorter period of time. No keys required; this residence uses a keypad and keycode. Although there's no in-unit W/D, there are two laundromats and drop-off wash, dry, and fold services within one block of the carriage house that a lot of the residents on our block utilize. A background check, paid for by the tenant(s) will be required. This flat features keyless entry.
