We know you'll love the carriage house because of the extra touches, coziness, and because this is a new accommodation with modern amenities & new furnishings in the heart of Capitol Hill (10th and Corona). This flat is furnished (if you prefer unfurnished, please let us know) and features a cozy living area, including a couch and TV for relaxing, playing games, or watching TV and a dining table. Being a new apartment, it also features a new kitchen with granite and stainless steel. One bedroom features a king size bed and one bedroom features a double bed. The carriage house is also set-up to help ensure your comfort: heat + AC (very rare in Capitol Hill!), as well as fans, extra comforters, and space heaters. The carriage house is a detached, private residence behind our main home, so we are looking for a great tenant or tenants who are quiet, respectful and looking for temporary housing of a more flexible duration (for a few weeks or months) while you search for your perfect long-term home or if you are only in town for a shorter period of time. No keys required; this residence uses a keypad and keycode. Although there's no in-unit W/D, there are two laundromats and drop-off wash, dry, and fold services within one block of the carriage house that a lot of the residents on our block utilize. A background check, paid for by the tenant(s) will be required. This flat features keyless entry. To swing by and view the carriage house, please include your availability in your email and the number of tenants who would be living in the flat (max of 4). $1700/mo or $525/week.
