Looking to fill one bedroom in a 3bed/3bath townhome in the Cannery housing complex. Rent is $1200 a month. The rooms are private bedrooms and bathrooms with closets and natural light. All rooms have carpet and tiled bathroom floors with storage under the sinks. Middle floor room: Slightly larger with a walk-in closet and a large bathroom. On the same floor as the living room, washer and dryer, and kitchen. OR Downstairs bedroom: easy access to the garage and front door with a shower in the attached bathroom. There is AC and heat, and lots of street parking right outside (no permits required). There is also a spot in the garage if desired, but there is an additional upfront charge for it. Utilities are separate and around $80-100 total per person, depending on the time of year. We have solar power, and so the electricity and gas bills vary depending on the time of year. Pets are allowed with confirmation from the landlord. There is a pet deposit as well as a monthly pet rent. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly, and open to all applications.
