Guests are responsible for regular maintenance and cleaning of the property. Owner will handle major repairs, but guests are often responsible for day-to-day upkeep and cleaning. Pets and Smoking: No smoking at any moment during the guests stay in any areas of the property. Guests must obtain permission from the owner to have pets in the Mid-Term Rental Property. If the permission is not given by the Owner, any pet(s) found in the Mid-Term Rental Property will be grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. With approval, an agreed pet fee will be charged. Termination Clause: In the event the guest wishes to terminate this agreement, Travel Insurance, Damage Protection, and any processing or administrative fees are non-refundable. The refund policy is as follows : One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Under 15 days prior to the arrival date or during your stay then the first or current months booking will not be refunded. Insurance: Tenants may be required to have renter's insurance to cover personal belongings and liability. Parking and Transportation: The property includes a garage that can accommodate parking for two cars. This space is enclosed and provides protection from the elements.
