This studio is light and bright with tall ceilings, big windows, with a separate, small kitchen room. Spacious enough for a queen bed in the main room. Terrific location- about one and a half blocks from the plaza, close to restaurants, supermarkets, public transportation, and everything downtown Arcata has to offer. Cal Poly campus is about 5 or 6 blocks away, and while there is no onsite laundry, there is a laundromat one block away from the house. No onsite parking but easy street parking within a block or so once you exit the downtown parking zone - overnight parking is never an issue right by the house, but daytime parking is 2-4 hours and can get busy during farmer's market etc. Rent includes water, sewer, garbage and recycling, and hot water heater. Tenant pays own PG&E (should be very low unless you run a space heater a lot) and own internet . No *pets and no smoking.
