Under the house, you'll find shade, chairs, a charcoal grill, horseshoes, and an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach. Parking is available on the concrete driveway. Guests are responsible for any locksmith/re-key costs if a key is lost or the code is forgotten, unless the issue is due to a lock/smart-lock failure or the host's error.
