Furnished private room with a 50 inch smart TV, large window that provides beautiful natural light, a small walk in closet, and a private detached bathroom with two sinks. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and backs up to an open space. Conveniently located perfectly between Boulder and Denver (about 20 min away from each), 10 min away from Old Town Arvada, and 15 min away from downtown Louisville! The Big Dry Creek trail is right behind the house so there is easy access to walking, running, biking, etc. The house has a huge, beautiful kitchen and bar area. The basement is used as a "movie theater" area and has a small workout room as well. There is central AC in the house but a window AC unit (pictured) is provided because the room gets extra warm during summer months. The unit can be stored away when it gets colder! This is my home and I have put a lot into it and I also work from home. My home is my sanctuary and safe place so it's really important that I find a really good match for my existing roommate and I, and I would like to be friends or at least friendly with my roommates! I prefer someone from the ages of 25-35 (I am 30 and my roommate is 26), with a professional job (I work from home as a professional engineer), and someone who is clean, friendly and respectful! No pets allowed but I have two wonderful dogs to love on. Typically, I like quiet hours to be from 10pm-7am in the house.
